How the Program Works

Love Yourself

With our Fast Track to Freedom 12-week Program, you have the opportunity to learn how to identify your goals and what is blocking you or holding you back. This program is designed to focus on the various reasons people don't reach their goals. By taking a look at patterns and behaviors, a conscious decision can be made of how and what to change. Once you choose to release and heal from these unhealthy beliefs, you will find achieving your goal to be easier than you ever thought possible.


As a group, we will meet once a week via video chat.

During the beginning of the discussion, the challenging topic of the week will be shared and you will be asked to consider specific ideas to uncover the reasons that are subconsciously keeping you from achieving your dreams. Some of the topics discussed are:

  • Clarity

  • Intention

  • Expectations

  • Self-Sabotage

  • Motivation

The second part of the class will focus on the steps you can take to make the specific changes necessary to heal and overcome the challenge.

Next is homework. To get the most out of this program, participation is very much encouraged. The homework is designed to help you think about and recognize the road blocks you're experiencing so you can focus on releasing and healing these obstructions.

Finally, the class will end with a guided meditation and custom downloads designed to assist with each topic and helping you recognize and deal with your findings in the gentlest and best way for you.


Additionally, each participant will receive three private sessions, one per month, where my focus is you and your needs. During these sessions, you will have my full attention and support. We will discuss anything that has come up for you during your homework or while you are incorporating your changes. With compassion and patience, I will guide you with additional information and techniques to help you heal and release the limiting beliefs that are in your way and holding you back.
